Our story

Nexia New Zealand was established in 2016, following the merger of two well respected Christchurch firms, Marriotts and HFK. In 2020, leading Auckland firm Hayes Knight became a Nexia member giving the network broader reach across the country. Fast forward to 2023 and Moore Markhams Hawke’s Bay followed suit, becoming a Nexia member as well, giving the network broader reach across the country.

Today our independently operated firms in Auckland, Christchurch and Hawke’s Bay provide the full range of advisory and accounting services across five divisions: Audit & Assurance, Business Advisory, Corporate Advisory, Tax Consulting, and Turnaround, Restructuring & Insolvency. We have a combined team of over 130 professionals, and are highly regarded by clients and industry partners throughout New Zealand.
