Michelle Menzies

With a strong background in the agribusiness space, and a particular interest in Equity Partnerships, Succession Planning and Advisory, Michelle is highly-skilled at managing complex transactions and motivated to achieve successful outcomes for her clients.

Michelle’s affinity with businesses in the primary sector stems from her rural New Zealand upbringing and her appreciation of how businesses within the sector run at a practical level.

Having personally successfully navigated two dairy farm Equity Partnerships, followed by investing and exiting a business herself, Michelle brings authentic experience to this space.

Michelle enjoys working with those new to running their business, and places emphasis on introducing them to all the tools available to support them, believing that investing in systems up front allows clients to get on and do what they really love doing in their chosen industry.

Outside of her notable career success, Michelle is married with two teenage children and spends much of her spare time supporting them at various sporting tournaments and events.  When she’s not required on the sidelines she enjoys spending time with close friends, escaping to the quiet of Kinloch or signing up for the odd adventure race – for the participation, not the podium finish.
